Terms of Service
1. Who we are
True Access Now is a product of Vorlexa (KVK 94308411, Postbus 8, 4357 ZG Domburg, the Netherlands — "Vorlexa," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the True Access Now WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") and any related hosted services ("the Service").
2. What the Plugin does — and what it does not do
The Plugin scans the content of your WordPress site for common accessibility issues related to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and keeps a log of what was found and what has been resolved.
The Plugin does not guarantee, certify, or warrant that your website is fully compliant with WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, the ADA, or any other accessibility law or standard. Automated scanning — by this Plugin or any other tool — can only detect a subset of possible accessibility issues. Full compliance requires a combination of automated tooling, manual testing, and often expert human review. You remain solely responsible for your website's compliance with applicable law. The audit log produced by the Plugin is a record of scans performed and issues found — it is evidence of ongoing effort, not proof or certification of compliance.
3. Free and paid tiers
The static-scan features described in the Plugin's WordPress.org listing are provided free of charge. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Agency tiers) unlock additional features, including browser-rendered scanning for color contrast and keyboard navigation, audit log PDF export, extended audit-log retention, and AI-assisted alt-text suggestions. Current pricing and billing terms are published at my.vorlexa.com and this website, and may change prospectively with notice.
4. Your account and license
If you install the Plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on websites you own or manage, subject to the license terms in the Plugin's readme.txt (GPLv2 or later for the Plugin's own code). Paid features require a separate license key tied to an active subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the paid Service without permission; or use the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on shared infrastructure.

7. Availability and support
The free tier of the Plugin is provided "as is," without uptime or support guarantees, consistent with standard WordPress.org plugin practice. Paid-tier support is provided via info@vorlexa.com; specific service levels are not guaranteed at this time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorlexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Plugin or Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from regulatory action, legal claims, or lost business, to the extent such damages relate to a belief that use of the Plugin alone establishes legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Plugin's changelog or this website.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
