True Access Now exists to help other people find and fix accessibility issues, so we hold this website to the same standard we ask of our customers — including being honest about where we currently fall short.
Conformance target
We aim for this website (trueaccessnow.com) to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This is a target, not a certification: we have not yet completed a full third-party or comprehensive manual audit of this site, only automated checks and spot review during development.
Known limitations
We have not yet run a complete manual accessibility audit of every page on this site. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed here, please tell us — see "Feedback" below — and we will investigate and, where reasonable, fix it.
Assessment approach
We use a combination of automated tooling and manual spot checks during development. Automated tools alone cannot confirm full conformance, which is why True Access Now itself (the product) is built to complement, not replace, human review — the same principle applies here to our own site.
